An appropriately decorated interior will help create the right holiday atmosphere. Here you can use more expensive decorations, which are provided by various agencies for organizing holidays, or you can opt for a budget option, doing everything yourself. This does not require large financial investments, and the result will also be excellent.
It would be best to decorate the walls of the room with portraits of famous pirates. You can easily find them on the Internet and print them on regular office paper. It would be appropriate to use several pirate flags in the interior. They can be made from small pieces of black fabric. The design for such a homemade banner can be made temporary (cut out of paper and secured with threads), if you still need the fabric in the future. If you find thick ropes, use them too. By hanging them around the room, you can depict the deck of a pirate frigate. A fishing net and an improvised mast are suitable for the same purposes. It would also be a good idea to cut out a steering wheel from old boxes of household appliances and decorate it accordingly.
Don't forget that there should always be treasure in a pirate's lair. Traditionally, it would be nice to place them in a chest, but if you don’t have anything like that, then you can simply spread the fabric on the floor and lay out the impromptu riches there. You can use jewelry, coins, various figurines and gold-plated or simply shiny objects as treasures. At the same time, you can “gild” objects yourself by covering them with foil.

3. Greeting guests
The holiday itself begins with the greeting of each guest at the entrance.
In order to immediately immerse teenagers in the right atmosphere, you need to meet them in a pirate outfit and ask them to give the password that was indicated in the invitation. For example, the password could be:

You can also make dolphins and other sea creatures from fruits.

Especially for this competition, my assistants brought several barrels of black powder here on a boat, but a merciless storm carried them to the bottom of the sea. Therefore, today we will make do with balloons, which are also explosive.
You need to hold the ball between your legs and dance to a fiery song. The one whose balloon bursts flies up into the air, that is, leaves the competition.
Important: There may be more than one winner in this competition. It is also possible that all the contestants’ balls will remain intact.
Competition "Tricky Jack"
For the competition you will need pieces of paper and pens.

As you know, a pirate who does not know how to deceive and be cunning is not a pirate. And the Pirate King should master this skill better than anyone else. Therefore, now everyone will write down three facts about themselves on a piece of paper: two true and one false. Your duel opponent must find and name the lie. The winner fights the next participant. And so on until only one remains.
Important: Before the start of the competition, it would be more correct to immediately divide the contestants into pairs so that everyone has equal opportunities.

You will need marine proverbs and sayings printed on sheets of paper. In this case, they should be cut in half so that the beginning of the statement is on one half, and the end on the other.

For the competition you will need pieces of paper with encrypted proposals. And also around the room it is necessary to hang leaflets with the words “GALLEY”, “LATILOON”, “CABIN”, “DECK”, “HOLD” and others.

7. Adventure game “In Search of Treasures”.
The bad pirate is the one who doesn't dream of finding the treasure. Therefore, the main entertainment of the evening can be a treasure hunt. Set up a quest for the children. This is a game where you need to find a hidden object based on clues. Having guessed the clue, participants will find out where the next one is. And so on until they reach the last one, which will lead to the treasured treasure. Preparation involves the following stages:
- Selecting hiding places - places where clues will be hidden. Choose wisely so that none of your guests stumble upon them by accident.
- Preparation of prompt tasks. The answers in them will be the selected caches. Use riddles from the Internet or come up with your own. For example, a microwave oven can be played out as “A wonderful box warmed our stew” or “Our ship will not be able to sail on its waves, but it will help warm up the meat!” Accordingly, the next clue will be waiting for the participants inside the microwave.

Small children, for the most part, do not like to change clothes. In this case, it is better to hang suits on hangers. This way, mothers will quickly assess the size and help you dress their children. The procedure will take place without crying and quickly. Everything should be soft and spacious. You can limit yourself to colored bandanas and striped capes. Makeup can be used, but very sparingly, since you will have to endure subsequent washing.
Option 2. Age 4-7 years.
Children 4-7 years old change clothes painlessly and do it with pleasure. But they won’t wear anything - they want to please themselves. The “magic chest” will help us here. We put assorted costumes in it for a pirate party. These are vests, vests, skirts, shorts, hats, bandanas, eye patches. You can put jewelry here: bracelets, rings, clips. We remind children that pirates wear what they stole, and the children will figure out how to divide the “loot” themselves. The main thing is that the presenter monitors the process, promptly providing “interesting things” to those who did not get what they wanted, in order to stop quarrels.
Option 3. 10-12 years.
This will be a little more difficult - children don’t want to be funny. The "magic chest" can work here too. A group of well-known guys will get dressed without any problems. The organizer of the holiday will have to work hard on the motley company. The dressing itself can be thought of as a competition. The contents of the chest can be changed, especially if it is a house party. We leave jewelry, hats and headbands, add scarves, unnecessary T-shirts and... scissors, self-adhesive film, felt-tip pens. And create a pirate costume with your own hands! You can do anything: cut, shred, put patches from film (it’s good if they are already ready and really look like patches), draw on clothes. For children of this age, makeup is appropriate. Option 4. Teenagers.
A positive group of teenagers will easily dress up in the suggested costumes. You can ask guests to come in vests, stating this in the invitation as a dress code (but you will need to have a couple in stock). And in addition to vests, we use hats, all kinds of headbands, belts and jewelry. And beards - the children have grown up!
Option 5. Adults.
If you can’t buy or rent an outfit, “Crazy Hands” will come to the rescue. What are we going to make? It's a pirate party! Do you remember the costumes of sea robbers from the films? Let's start with the shirt.
White shirt with wide sleeves you will have to sew, to complement it with a frock coat or vest. The vest can be anything: long or short. Pants will cause the least trouble. Anything that isn't jeans is fine. A neckerchief, rings, baubles, huge earrings and belts are welcome! It's good if you can find suitable boots or their imitation. And don’t forget to arm yourself, even if you have a musket, saber or hook in your hands. Entertainers can complement the outfit with a crutch, but it is only good for a photo shoot. His girlfriend might be dressed the same way, but...she’s a woman, which means it’s not that simple. We can leave the vest, or we can replace it with a flirty blouse with bare shoulders or a shirt with a knot under the chest, complement it with a corset, change the pants for a skirt, put on comfortable shoes (the brave ones can wear heels, but pirates have a wild holiday and this needs to be remembered) . The final touch is to decorate ourselves with “gold and diamonds.” This is how the female corsair's girlfriend costume is born. 
Now to the hats. Here we choose from a cocked hat, a hat with a feather, a bandana, and various headbands. You can try a combination of several items or completely change your appearance with a wig. The main thing is not to be afraid of seeming ridiculous.
2. From theory to practice or everything that cannot be bought can be made
Making a hat. 
By enlarging the pattern and printing it on a color printer, we get a magnificent pirate hat.
You can do the same with an eye patch, but it is better to make it from leather or other fabric material. It will be more comfortable for you to wear. You can decorate the eyecup with an applique of self-adhesive film or glue a picture with double-sided tape. 
Your guests will definitely love these preparations for a photo shoot. 
They are sold as a themed set in the store, but they are easy to make yourself from paper, felt, and kebab sticks.
If you really want to have a costume, but you don’t have enough time, imagination or direct hands, buy a ready-made outfit online or rent it at a local theater.

3. Dressing the room
The pirate stole what he put on! Therefore, everything should be bright and catchy. But since we are not cooking, it is better to choose a real pirate color scheme. Our colors will be red, black and white. They will be diluted with blue and yellow. 
How will we decorate the room where the holiday will take place? Flags would be appropriate here - we are on a ship. They can be with pirate symbols, with sea creatures or with congratulations. Red and black or red and white balloon garlands look great! Even if there is not much space, add nautical attributes: a steering wheel (on the wall), masts (wall bars), etc., and if space allows, you can also put up a model of a ship (made of balloons or cardboard), guests will be happy to take pictures here . 
4. Decorate the table
Next is the suit for the table. While preparing a pirate party for my son, I went through a bunch of options, made a hodgepodge of what I saw, and settled on this. The table was covered with a black tablecloth, next to each guest was a bright red napkin with a pirate mark on it and a stand for paper napkins. 
The far edge of the table was decorated with a fishing net, a box with shiny decorations, and a model of a sailboat. The installation attracted attention and was truly a table decoration. Further optional: “Rum” stickers on bottles, boxes with a surprise for each guest and other little things. It all depends on the age and interests of those celebrating.

- make anchors and lifebuoys out of cardboard/plywood, hang and display old maps. It would be great if you could find a marine compass, a telescope, a sextant, a barometer, or a telescope. If not, print the photo, cut it out and glue it onto a cardboard base;

Measure the ankle of the boots and cut a wide elastic band to that length. Thread the buckle through it. Sew both ends of the elastic.
