Corporate male quest in the office. Quest for a corporate party - a detailed review Tips for a quest in the office

There are various formats. An office quest is one of the most convenient, allowing you to involve everyone with a minimum interruption from work.

February 23… March 8… Company birthday… Opening of a new office…
Do you need to hold an event in the office that will introduce and unite employees?

Team building quest is one of the most convenient formats for a corporate event.

Quest in the office: Description

The game goal of the participants is to go through a chain of stages / tests to reach the final point. In the version of the quest most often ordered from us, held in the office, the final is the creation of an art object from parts or materials obtained during the execution of tasks. Participants receive tasks and tips by mailing, by phone, on the spot - from game technicians. Or on our website.

Office Quest. When to spend

The quest in the office can be held as an independent rallying event. However, the most common reasons are:

  • corporate party
  • company anniversary
  • moving to a new office

Tasks for the quest in the office

Conventionally, we divide the entire range of tasks into several categories:

  • "to find something" - clue items, secret ciphers, information on the corporate website, etc.;
  • "to solve something" - any tasks that give a resource (number, letter, coordinates);
  • "do something" - perform some kind of action that allows you to move forward or earn a hint (often these are creative tasks).

From this set, we each time form a matrix of stages for teams. Moreover, the tasks for each team are unique - they are practically never repeated. According to this schedule, game technicians “lead” the participants to the final stage.

Office quest: how it goes

To illustrate the sequence of episodes of the quest in the office, we present example one of our projects:

IN first part participants perform individual and team tasks, receiving elements of an art object and parts of instructions for their assembly. Tasks are riddles (logic, information about the company, colleagues, etc.), the search for "bookmarks" - hidden artifacts by prompts.

In second part in the departments of the company, participants perform team tasks necessary to receive instructions for further assembly, and the blocks of the future art object are assembled. Some tasks require collaboration with other departments.

Final part- and here all the creative potential of employees and the ability to work together are revealed - the final assembly of the object takes place. And this climax, in which all employees will see the metaphor of collaboration.

Office Quest. Legend and ending variants

Anything can act as the final object: a constructor made of tubes, a volumetric figure made of cardboard, a picture. Or any other art object created by the participants.

In other legends, it is necessary to "find the antidote" in an hour. Escape from. Or open the locks on the treasured chest, which contains something for a corporate buffet. We will definitely provide several options to choose from.

Advantages of an office quest

Quest in the office: order

The escape room concept is based on the following ideas:
- A team of players, usually 2-4 people
– For a limited period of time, usually 60 minutes
- Tries to get out of a closed room
- Solving puzzles, deciphering ciphers and obtaining quest items

The room in which the action takes place is decorated in accordance with the plot and creates an atmosphere of immersion in the quest.

Advantages:
+ High atmospheric.
+ Head work is combined with moving arms and legs (climb on / under the table, feel the walls, floor and ceiling).
+ Teamwork can be used for team building.

Flaws:
- Zero replayability. There is no point in going through the same room again.
- The time limit means a significant chance of losing. It might upset someone.

Formats

Escape (classic)
The classic genre of the game in reality. The team is locked in one or more rooms with the task of finding a way to get out before the hour runs out. As the game progresses, the team finds clues, solves riddles, and can also discover additional rooms.

Quest (first step beyond the standard)
The first step in the development of the direction. It doesn't have to be about getting out of the room. The door to the outside may not be closed at all. In the quest in reality, players are invited to live a certain storyline. Save one character or all of humanity, make an elixir of youth or a philosopher's stone, and the like.

Performance (add actors)
Here, in the game room, in addition to the players, there are actors who can influence the gameplay, or act out scenes. Imagine that you are watching an action-packed film, a shootout scene between the main character and a crowd of bandits. Now imagine that all this is happening for real, in the same room with you. Here is the performance.

Action (add physical activity)
In this kind of game in reality, you will have to sweat a lot. This genre involves working not only with the head, but also with the rest of the body. Obstacle course with Hollywood scenery. Jump on a trampoline, crawl through ventilation shafts, run away from the mafia. All this is interspersed with the need to quickly solve command and logic tasks.

Morpheus (quest in unreality)
In morpheus, the game takes place in your imagination. All players are blindfolded until the end of the game. At the same time, the presenter and actors will help to immerse themselves in the atmosphere better. In Morpheus, all the senses are involved, except for vision. Players will have to hear, feel and touch

VR (pretend)
Players put on a helmet or virtual reality glasses, and completely abstract from the reality around them. As a rule, quests of this format have a powerful plot ...

Angier (no brains)
According to Wikipedia, an unusual way to let off steam comes from Texas. “In the room of anger, you can not only break the screen of a boring TV and get rid of office equipment resembling work. The entire interior is allowed to choose to your liking. And if upholstered furniture does not lend itself very well, you can recoup on wooden bedside tables. And for those who hate to wash dishes, baseball with plates is a special fun. The main thing at the same time is not to get hurt yourself. A helmet and loud hard rock, according to the rules, are mandatory for everyone ”In the USA, such rooms have been popular since 2011. In Runet, they found a story from the first channel from Lviv, dated 2010. From the currently working ones, they found the project “ There is no anger” with prices from 1500 rubles in Moscow, but progress towards the opening of such rooms began to appear in famous franchises

Questmobile (on wheels)
A vehicle that is equipped in one of the formats above. He can come to any place, you can conduct a quest even at lunchtime. Savings on transfer, rental of premises and specialized equipment

Promo (demo version)
Some projects and companies offer mini-versions of their quests at public events or in shopping malls. Typically, the location is a two-by-two box and the time is limited to ten minutes.

Interactive video quests (discounts and promotions)
Some use them to promote their projects. Examples

- Find a suitable area, preferably a room without animals and strangers. Many people think that a quest can be carried out absolutely anywhere - for example, hide a map in a hollow tree in a park, associate some task with a city fountain or monument. However, not all so simple. After all, there is always a risk - even if you think over the script to the smallest detail, the plan can be violated by children, dogs or local hooligans. That is why many organizers, not having suitable premises or separate territories, conduct quests at night. However, this is not an ideal solution either - although there are fewer force majeure situations, they can still spoil the game. Therefore, the best option is a private area where it will be easiest for the organizers to control the situation. If you could not find a sufficiently spacious room, you can use several remote points, for example, an office that is empty on a weekend, a garage, an apartment and a store.
- Come up with a thematic scenario with not too simple, but solvable tasks. The theme of the quest can be anything, it can be related to a holiday, a movie, a book, etc. You can come up with your own story - about the kidnapping of a hamster that needs to be found and saved, about restoring justice or searching for treasures of a princess. Each task should be exciting and challenging enough. However, it is necessary to make sure that it is realistic for everyone to solve it. After all, the worst outcome of the game is if the team members, after completing the quest, feel not only losers, but also stupid. It is also very important that each player can take part in the decision: if two people think, and three people get bored, then after completing the quest, everyone can have negative impressions. If some tasks still provide for a one-man decision, make the other players feel like fans and accomplices.
- Plan your time. Adventure game is a set of surprises and surprises. However, it is important for the participants to know at least the approximate time when the quest will end. In addition, many will want to book a table at a restaurant or pizzeria to relax after the game. And the task of the organizers is to give clear deadlines for the completion of each task, having previously warned about the total duration of the game.
- Think up and distribute the roles to the participants. This is an optional condition. However, it will be much more interesting if everyone gets a role. In addition, it will be easier for players to distribute responsibilities, and everyone will feel personally responsible for the outcome of the game.
- Invest in inventory. If the budget is minimal, you can organize a quest with a few pens and pieces of paper, and use improvised things to search. However, if possible, use more complex subjects.
- Assemble a reliable team. The first quests can be done by one person - it's difficult, but possible. However, it will be much more interesting for the participants to interact with original or simply pleasant characters - a cute girl who treats tea, a fairy-tale hero - a participant in one of the riddles, a charismatic presenter-narrator.
- Do some PR. Remember that your target audience is people who love outdoor activities, seek adventure and variety. And your task is to convey the necessary information to them. Use the Internet, thematic sites, social networks, hang ads around the city. Such advertising does not require financial investments, but it will be very effective.
Do your best to make the participants feel comfortable. Don't forget to warn if you need to bring hats, warm clothes or flashlights. Offer players hot tea or cold water, take care of wet wipes or stationery. Think over the smallest details - in some situations they will be very important.
- Take care of the rewards of the participants. Souvenirs or symbolic gifts, diplomas or just original poems with dedications - even with a minimal budget, you can come up with something original. Moreover, it is worth rewarding not only the winners, but also the team that did not cope with all the tasks on time - it is important to note the efforts of the participants, regardless of the result.
- Seek professional help. If you decide to become the organizer of the quest, it is best to start by participating in several adventure games and enlist the support of experienced coordinators of such events. The Quest House team is ready to help organize your game, offer interesting ideas, help in resolving issues with equipment and premises, and give valuable practical advice.

Scenarios:

- Games in which the theme of enclosed spaces is manifested. This quest is actually the most common in the country. That is, the team is locked in a small room, and locked. The circumstances are different: from a maniac's lair to a museum. Examples: maniac's house, Albatros travel agency, prison;
— Games where, within a given period of time, you need to find the answer to some scientific question: discover a vaccine, deal with the “anomalous” discoveries of a missing scientist, teleportation, the secret of the hadron collider. Examples: X-period, element Z, Z-legend;
- Games where you need to find an answer to a recent crime, that is, to investigate and try to find the culprit. Examples are Poirot's office, James Bond girls;
- Games based on a criminal intent: to break into a bank safe, to deceive counterfeiters. Examples: cash out your luck (following the example of Ocean's team), big jackpot;
- Games where it is necessary to prevent the destruction of the world with the help of missiles, weapons of mass destruction, to prevent an opponent's attack. Examples of a feat of a scout, a digital fortress, an attempt on the king, an hour before Chernobyl;
- Games where you can try to know the unconscious, incl. brain of a schizophrenic, paranoid thoughts, restore the professor's memory. For example, psychosis, the unconscious, paranoia.

First you need to decide on the type of quest, then write the so-called synopsis (summary of the quest). In it, indicate the original name, the general concept and determine the ultimate goal of the game (find the key, go back to the past and pick up the dead man's letter, steal the vaccine). It is necessary to pay special attention to the description of the characters, their background, incl. develop a layout for describing the room. The meaning of quests in reality is the completion of various tasks (up to 20), when the first one causes a chain reaction for the rest (all tasks are interconnected). At the stage of developing tasks, you immediately need to think over hints (not all of them are as smart as possible). Hints should be thought out for each task. Conventionally, the game should be divided into parts (levels). The first tasks should not be made difficult, but rather incendiary, to enable participants to get into the taste and go on increasing

Types of puzzles:

— drawn
– mechanical (cubes, rings, boxes, cube)
- consisting of letters and drawings (puzzles)
- pictorial (card, wooden towers of Hanoi)
You can use tricks from computer games and detective novels, modern intellectual games:
- confusing evidence leading in another direction
- collecting key elements (for example, place 5 caskets, for each one you need to insert 3-4 keys into the keyhole at the same time, as soon as the first casket is opened, there is an indication where the second one is and how to find the first key to it, etc.)
- hide in the most visible place an important element, which in the end will turn out to be what the guys were looking for the whole game (what an irony)
- logical layouts (collect the puzzle and see the right item, solve the crossword puzzle and see the right word, interpret everything into reality)
- Danetka with the operator (you need to guess the object, the participant tries to determine what kind of object it is by answering the operator yes or no)
- math puzzles

Lighting, sound accompaniment and acting (if any) must be clearly entered into the script. For example, advertise the scenario as a closed room without people, but actually get live characters. The scenario also includes a description of the premises, the intended actions of the players, the attributes of the game (suits, liquid, etc.). You can enter a game with an actor (he guessed a riddle, chess to the first beaten pawn) - for example, you need to defeat the Evil Elgar in order to find out the password from the laptop in which the last letter of the murdered is stored. In order for an escape room to become popular, you need to understand your target audience. What interests you, what interests you. It would also be nice to fork out for decorations, since a simple table and sofa will surprise few people now. Creating a worthwhile scenario is a laborious process, but it will be so fun to watch how participants unravel the strong mysterious sets of your quest.

Promotion:

Of course, quests brought diversity to the life of young people. Cafes, restaurants and cafes again - it's already yesterday. In search of the age-old question “where to go on the weekends”, the local youngsters are trying to find something that will really be worth the money spent and, most importantly, the time. And what can I say, skillful business pens were able to please with mystical tricks, light and sound decorations and animated scarecrows. Quests bring to people's lives an extraordinary way of seeing themselves in juicy, sometimes dangerous situations. With the advent of quests in reality, it has become easier to tear a child (or even an adult) away from computer games and offer him to master a real ghost or even worse. Every modern resident of the city wants to be in trend, but at the same time skillfully save money, so a series of discounts and other marketing tricks will only strengthen the quest business. After the advertising boom and cold calls, such an aggressive approach to promoting a company is becoming less and less attractive. Indeed, advertising is now everywhere: at the entrance, on the bus, on the phone, on the phone, on the computer, on websites, and even on a package of milk. Therefore, the city dweller appreciates his personal space and tranquility. So, word of mouth style is just right for quests. How to do it?
— to provide quality in everything (from the entrance doors to the handle in the escape room)
- give your client a snapshot (bracelet, candy, discount) as a keepsake
— set a gift pass time (for example, in the entire history of our company, you are the fastest, so you get a gift box as a gift)
- make a good script
- hold a competition in social networks
— invite famous personalities (journalists, bloggers) to arrange a test drive for your room
— shoot a commercial in a cartoon style and much more…
Polite communication of the working staff will leave a good impression. In order to notify you of news via SMS, you should be lenient when it comes to requesting personal data. Many people are annoyed by SMS advertising, but the anecdote will please even after the information about the discount. The truth is also valued - no need to deceive in order to embellish the price of a ticket, or paint a non-existent discount. Clarity, accuracy and zest - what a potential client is looking for. Taking photos and posting them in groups is useful and even very necessary. This is the latest fashion for pseudo-privacy. Competition is a normal human condition. So in social networks, you can make a contest for the best time or photo after completing the quest (the best charming visitor, funny bearded man, etc.).

Some organizers keep diaries before the opening about the creation of the rooms. Eg.

Do you have people in your office who love adventure? Then the quest script for a corporate party will help you arrange a real test of strength for them! The scenario is suitable for real workers who live with thoughts of adventure and quests!

Leading:
Welcome, chosen ones, to the island of victories and defeats, the island of grief and boundless happiness. An island where the most difficult tests await you, for which you will receive a generous reward.
And before you step on the main path, you must make a sacrifice. Namely, a donation to the island in the form of a contribution in the amount of N coins! (here the contribution can be any. The initial bet is 100 rubles. Coins, I mean real money)
When a contribution has been collected from each participant, they are divided into teams of two to four people, based on the total contribution, so that it is a multiple of the number of people in the team. But no more than four people.

Distribution to teams.

The distribution can be defined in the following way:
The number of long sticks by the number of people. Some ends of the sticks are painted in a certain color and hidden from view (you can hide the painted ends of the sticks in your palms or in a box). Participants pull out sticks and teams are formed by color.
After each team member, a ribbon of the same color is tied.

Start.

At the start, the teams are given a scheme, a map, a passage plan. There are several marks on the plan where the flags are located. Each team has its own color. To get a flag, you need to complete a certain task.

Conditions.

Get all the flags and be the first to reach the finish line to get a prize. At each "mark" there must be one inspector so that the teams do not cheat.

Tasks.

1. Question-answer.
10 questions are given about the company/firm where the participants work.
If all or more than half are answered correctly, a flag is awarded.
Less than half, or half - the flag is not awarded.

2. Checkbox Search
If everything happens in nature, then the flag clings to a tree or hides under some kind of stone. If in the office, then just hides in the room.

3. Trust
The flag is located at the end of the obstacle course, which EVERY team member must pass with their eyes closed in turn, and the rest of the team must prompt.

4. Task
A crossword puzzle or puzzles, or a cipher that will indicate the place where the flag is located.

5. Task
Again you need to find the flag, but this time you need to be smart, because the last flag is unusual. If the rest of the flags are made of fabric (or colored paper, cardboard), then the last flag will be drawn and hidden in one of the folders or stacks of papers.
Even if the task will take place in nature, just folders or sheets can be pressed down with a stone so that they do not fly away or let the inspector hold them.

Finish.

At the finish line, the winners are waiting for the finish tape (a large and long inscription "congratulations" written on the wallpaper that the winners tear off when they arrive at the finish line) and of course a prize in the amount of the total contribution of the other participants.

The remaining participants (2nd and 3rd places) receive incentive prizes. And the rest are just certificates of a participant in this quest.

Quest games are the most interesting version of corporate parties. Quests for a corporate party are of various types: urban, closed, combined with a banquet, etc. During such team games, participants investigate detective stories, pass a series of tests, make scientific discoveries, and create creative projects.

Modern corporate parties are increasingly taking place in the team building format. One of the types of team-building activities are quests - games that teach participants to cooperate and make decisions in critical situations.

To organize a quest at a corporate party, you need to take into account many organizational issues - think over the purpose and plot of the game, allocate a role for each participant, write a script and provide a comfortable atmosphere, taking into account the solution of possible problems of a psychological or game nature.

Corporate quest: concept and meaning

In the modern entertainment industry, quests are gaining more and more popularity - active team games with many puzzles and tasks, the chain of which leads to some goal.

The key point of this game can be a time limit or the solution of all tasks before reaching the final result. Interactive quests originate from the computer games of the same name, which is why they are often called reality quests.

As corporate events for team building, quests are perceived with a bang.
Their popularity is explained by an exciting team game that fuels curiosity and promotes spontaneous communication between participants.

Advantages of quests for a corporate party

The benefits of this type of entertainment for a corporate party can not be overestimated. Since it has a number of advantages:

  • Formation of important qualities for working interaction
During the passage of the quest, participants learn cooperation and mutual assistance, consciously choose a leader and obey him, distribute areas of responsibility, make constructive decisions in stressful situations and in a short time. These qualities are essential for successful teamwork.
  • Fashion and originality
“Fresh” trends of corporate parties are gradually replacing banquets and other outdated forms of office celebrations. Creative ideas, activity and vigor “charge” the team with positive energy and set them up for productive work.
  • Involvement of all present
The format of the event implies the equally active participation of all members of the team - there are no observers or secondary participants.
  • Individual approach in the preparation of the program
During the preparation of a corporate quest, the interests of employees, their composition, the level of intellectual or physical fitness are taken into account.

The team game program and its implementation can be ordered at the event agency or prepared on your own.

Types of corporate quests

Classification of types of team games depends on the venue and genre diversity.

Most popular types

The following types of quests are most often used at corporate parties:

Role (personal) quest

This is one of the most inexpensive corporate parties in the quest format. The essence of this game is the reincarnation of participants in other images. To do this, each player receives a card describing their new role. His task is to enter the described image as much as possible. The outcome of the game depends on acting skills and internal “reboot”. According to the scenario, you will need to build new relationships, unravel intrigues and even fall in love.

The topics of such quests can be varied - historical sketches, detective stories, melodramatic pictures, fantastic tales, adventure action, etc. Any venue can also be chosen - an office, an outdoor space, a banquet hall ... There are few props in role-playing games, since it plays an insignificant role. The main goal of the participants is to open up in communication with others, achieving their goals.

Searches in a closed room

The task of this type of game is to leave the closed space within a certain time. As a rule, the number of participants in such quests is small - up to five people. They find themselves in a locked room filled with riddles, puzzles and many amazing things. Looking for clues, they need to open the lock with the found key and go “to freedom”.
Quest rooms can not only exist in specially equipped places. To organize a corporate party quest, specialists go to the customer and bring with them everything necessary to create a play space.

city quest

This is quite active entertainment for a large number of people. Not limited to the walls of an office or a restaurant, participants move around the city (sometimes using bicycles or cars), completing tasks and looking for clues in various places. One of the types of such corporate parties is a quest tour - a combination of a quest with a bus tour of the city.

Active quest outdoors

This type of team game is held at a recreation center or in another suburban area, where you can not only get in touch with nature, but also practice orienteering in the area. Often such games in open areas are associated with the performance of sports tasks.

“Pulsing” quest

In this case, an active team game echoes a more relaxed type of corporate party - a banquet. Such events take place in the banquet hall and do not violate the table format.

So that those present do not get bored, the organizers “shake” them from time to time with small 15-minute game breaks. They are usually linked by the same storyline. At the end of the banquet comes the climax - the disclosure of the main intrigue of the game.

Quest genres

By genre diversity, the following types of quests can be distinguished:

  • historical
Participants are reincarnated as famous historical characters or are "abandoned" in any historical era. They will have to unravel the intrigues and mysteries of the past.
  • Detective
Investigation of crimes and the search for a criminal is the key goal of such games. Often a criminal is found among the participants, and this intrigue lasts until the last minute.
  • Creative
These are multi-layered tasks, as a result of which it is necessary not only to solve all the riddles and achieve the final result, but also to create a creative product - draw a picture, make a film, etc. The creative process will be constantly hindered by suddenly appearing obstacles and inexplicable things that need to be eliminated as soon as possible.
  • Adventure
These activities are associated with numerous tests, the passage of which depends on the cohesion of the team of participants. These can be tasks for endurance, agility and other physical qualities, intellectual puzzles, tasks for testing the strength of team spirit, etc.
  • extreme
This is entertainment for thrill-seekers, in which the game is closely intertwined with reality. Before going through a series of tasks, participants must overcome their fear. Often the scripts for such entertainment are written on the basis of thrillers.
  • Business games
The purpose of these events is to create a new business project. Such quests are closest to the participants in terms of their professional activities. Often, corporate quest customers ask the organizers to create a quest-style corporate party script in accordance with their work tasks in order to immerse players in an environment that is as close as possible to working days.

Task construction principles

Quest games of any type can obey the following principles for constructing tasks:

  • Helper Games
At each stage of the event, disguised hosts guide the participants, giving them a push or hints for further action.
  • "Links of the same chain"
From the point of view of team building, these are the most productive quest tasks for a corporate party.

Each participant is a link in a single chain in the game, without which the common goal will not be achieved.
This applies to collecting information, finding clues, completing a certain part of the task. Often such events involve the use of a vast territory - each mini-team can perform its task in different parts of the city.

Stages of organizing a corporate quest

Choosing a venue for a team game

Depending on weather conditions and time of year, events can be held indoors or outdoors.

  • In summer
Better choose fresh air— a recreation center, the territory of a sanatorium, a dacha, a forest, a park or a cozy place within the city with gazebos, benches, green spaces, etc. Professional agencies organize colorful and vibrant outdoor quests for corporate events anywhere, bringing scenery, props and costumes with them.
  • In winter or cool time, in rainy weather
You should stay at corporate parties in enclosed spaces. It can be one spacious room with many tables for a large number of participants, a small enclosed space or several rooms.
The most common places are an office, a banquet hall, shopping entertainment centers, an equipped quest room, a cafe or restaurant, a recreation center or a sanatorium, a country house.

Initial preparations

  • Determining the purpose of the game
Depending on the theme and location, a quest at a corporate party can pursue one of the key goals: getting to know the city, unlocking creative potential, team building, etc.
  • Filling the corporate party with a certain plot
The plot is selected based on the interests of employees. As a rule, this is the theme of famous films, works of art or legends.
Examples of event topics are detective stories based on Arthur Conan Doyle or Agatha Christie, an adventure quest with pirates or cowboys for a corporate party, various sci-fi stories (the invention of the elixir of youth or immortality powder), etc.
  • Team building
The optimal number of people for the quest is about ten. If the audience is large, create several teams of 5-7 participants each, otherwise not everyone will have time to prove themselves in completing tasks.
  • Determining the duration of a corporate party
The quest itself takes about two hours. add here an introductory briefing (it can last up to half an hour) and a 15-minute final reflection. Often, after the game, a small buffet or post-quest party is held, where participants exchange their experiences and emotions.

Development of a script for a corporate quest

Before filling the scenario of the event with tasks, decide on the principle of the game.

You can play in three ways:

  • for time tracking,
  • on the number of points
  • until the end of the task.

In addition, quests are:

  • linear
in this case, you need to proceed to the next stage of the game only after solving the previous one.
  • non-linear
the non-linear type is more commonly used for large audiences with multiple teams.

Travel route

The first thing to start with is drawing up a route for the movement of participants. In order not to tire the players, you do not need to take too many breakpoints - 8-10 will be enough. The distance between them is determined taking into account many factors - the age of the participants, the area of the playing area, the principle of movement.

For walking quests, you should not go beyond the mark of more than 1 km. Players can move along the pieces of the collected map or according to the tips received at each point.

Tasks for the game

The selection of game tasks is the next important detail in preparing the script for a corporate quest. They should be of different difficulty levels, but you should not pick up too easy and too complicated so that the game does not stall.

If participants are unable to complete tasks, offer them additional hints or easier tasks for demerit points.

Possible types of tasks are puzzles (charades, rebuses, logical tasks, etc.), tasks with props, active actions, tasks with alternative reality (look at the card through a special program on your smartphone).

How to make a quest interesting and effective: some organizational subtleties

You can organize a corporate quest on your own or seek help from specialists.
Specialized agencies will provide everything you need, from an individualized scenario to the design of the premises and costumes.

For those who decide to hold the event themselves, writing a script for a corporate quest is only a small part of the work. When preparing and organizing an event, pay attention to the following points:

  • Selection of the key idea, on which the plot component and the principle of constructing tasks depend
  • Detailed description of the role of each member (or mini-group)
  • Calculation of possible unplanned situations that can slow down the course of the game, and the search for their solutions
  • Thinking about additional hints if the tasks are too difficult for the players
  • Colorful decoration of the game venue to immerse the participants in its atmosphere
  • Preparing an appropriate set of “artifacts” and other props
  • The leader has organizational skills, the ability to interest participants in the idea of the game, smooth out conflict situations and set them up for productive teamwork.
  • Awarding of winners and participants, holding a photo session at the end of the game
  • Complementing the corporate party with a small buffet table, background music.

How to attract a team to the game: ideas for quest situations
